With build season behind us and competition season about to begin, it is the perfect time to reflect on everything Team 2609 has experienced over the past several weeks. This year has been fast, loud, chaotic, and incredibly rewarding, and the team has grown in ways we could not have predicted back in January.

Team 11227, Goose Goose Duck, spread our wings and flew through our first ever competition! Our team was blown away by the kindness, support and Gracious Professionalism seen everywhere at the event from volunteers and FIRST teams! Goose Goose Duck joined the 7th alliance in playoffs, and we won the Rookie All-Star Award! This award qualifies us to compete at the FIRST Ontario Provincial Championship in Niagara . We’re proud to celebrate the Wellington Catholic District School Board’s (WCDSB) outstanding work in growing robotics opportunities for youth in Guelph.
