2025-2026 Season Registration Now Open!

We are excited to welcome new members to our FIRST Robotics team FRC-2609 Beaverworx.

Grade 9-12 students from Our Lady of Lourdes, St. James, St. John Bosco, and Bishop Macdonell Catholic High Schools are invited to participate in this award-winning program.

No experience is needed – whether you are starting out fresh or building on existing skills, this is your chance to learn, grow, and compete in robotics!

Meetings will begin on September 30, 2025 and run until the end of April 2026. The program will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic High School on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 - 8:30 PM, and on Saturdays from 10 AM – 4 PM.

Robotics Credit for Grades 9 and 10 Students

New this year, Grade 9 and 10 students can earn their mandatory tech credit (TAS 20) through an after-school robotics course. The program is available to students at Our Lady of Lourdes, St. James, and Bishop MacDonell Catholic High Schools. Students who are enrolled in the course are welcome to also participate in the FIRST Robotics team.

The course will include a mix of in-person and e-learning instruction. Classes will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic High School on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30 - 7:30 PM, and on Saturdays from 10 AM - 1PM. E-learning will take place remotely to supplement days when students are unable to attend in person.
